The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
A flock of pelicans prepares for takeoff a few minutes after sunrise. The photo was taken in Agamon Hachula in the northern Jordan Valley in Israel. It was taken in November 2012 when tens of thousands of cranes and pelicans are landing in Jordan Valley on their way from Europe to Africa. It's an ideal time for nature photographers to be there.
